Many dental problems look small on the surface but are driven by bigger factors—cracks, bite overload, leaking old dental work, gum inflammation, or decay patterns that keep repeating. Our dentists start by finding the driver, then choose the most conservative treatment that protects your tooth for the long run.
We look beyond the one spot that hurts:
If missing or failing teeth are making it harder to chew, smile, or speak with confidence, All-on-4 and All-on-6 dental implants may offer a secure full-arch solution. At Angela Leung DDS PC – The Endodontics Implant Center, patients near San Francisco receive careful implant planning based on bone strength, bite balance, gum health, facial structure, and long-term comfort.
All-on-4 supports a full arch of replacement teeth with four implants. All-on-6 uses six implants when extra support may better suit the patient’s bite or bone condition.
You shouldn’t leave an appointment guessing why you were told “you need a crown” or “you need an implant.” Our dentists follow a simple clinical workflow that makes your choices easier and reduces surprises.
We start with a focused exam and the records needed to make a confident call—so the plan is based on evidence, not guesswork.
We walk through what each option solves, what it doesn’t, and what that means long-term—especially when deciding between saving a tooth (endodontics + restoration) versus replacement (implant dentistry).
When restorations are involved, small bite issues can lead to repeat breakage, sensitivity, or soreness. We verify fit and bite contacts (when applicable) to reduce overload and help dental work hold up.
After your exam and imaging, we provide a written estimate and review options with you.

Credentials:
Peter(speaker): When I met Dr. Leung, she made me feel comfortable. She broke down everything. What? Step by step, what she was going to do. Exactly what she said she was going to do, she did. She gave me my life back. I’m grateful for that. Before coming here, I did my research. And say, out of maybe five of the dentists I saw, she stuck out the most. What really caught my attention was YouTube, that video on YouTube, that interview. And what I saw was a caring person, real warm. So that’s what… I mean, besides being a dentist, that’s what attracted me. I felt comfortable, even though I’ve never been to our office at all. And to be quite honest, before I came here, I felt I was traumatized at a young age from another dentist who was a butcher. By the way, this is not a paid advertisement. I’m saying this from the heart. And the staff, hey, what can you say? They’re professional, and they care just as much as the doctor does. Dr. Leung, She’s amazing.
After your exam and imaging, we provide a written estimate and review options with you.
For full-arch and full-mouth cases, our standard payment structure is:
50% deposit
25% at the start of the prosthetic phase of treatment
remaining balance at delivery of the prosthesis
Some pain patterns point to inflammation or infection inside the tooth; others point to cracks or bite overload. Your dentist confirms it with exam findings, imaging, and targeted testing—then shows you what’s driving the symptoms.
If there’s enough healthy structure and support, preserving the tooth may be the better long-term decision. If the prognosis is poor, we’ll explain why and what replacement options make sense.
Not always. Depending on your foundation and goals, a single-tooth implant, bridge, or implant-supported restoration may be options. We’ll compare what each choice means for chewing, cleaning, and longevity.
Yes. We can review financing options and staged payments once you have a diagnosis and a written estimate.
We provide in-house oral surgery services and coordinate surgical and restorative planning under one roof. If a case requires additional specialty coordination, we’ll guide that pathway clearly.
