If you’re hiding your smile, struggling to chew, or dealing with loose dentures or failing teeth, full arch restoration can replace an entire upper or lower set of teeth with secure, implant-supported teeth.
At Angela Leung DDS PC Endodontics and Dental Implants (1131 Mission Road, South San Francisco, CA 94080), we help Burlingame-area patients move from “I can’t eat on that side” to a stable bite and a natural-looking smile using advanced imaging (CBCT), digital planning, and implant-focused care.

You have options when an entire arch is failing or already missing. The right choice depends on bone support, health history, bite forces, and whether you want fixed teeth (stays in place) or a removable implant denture.
Full arch restoration is often referred to as “teeth in a day” or “All-on-4,” where an entire arch can be supported by as few as four implants in many cases.
If you’re unsure whether you’re a candidate, the fastest way to get clarity is an evaluation with 3D imaging and a surgical/restorative plan built around your anatomy—not a one-size-fits-all template.
We’ll walk you through the options that fit your goals and anatomy:
Advanced Endodontics & Implant Care
CBCT, Surgical Microscopes, Digital Planning
Former UCSF Instructor, Global Lecturer
Emergency Relief & Long-term Solutions
or
and tell us what makes you nervous. We’ll walk through options before you decide.
After your exam and imaging, we provide a written estimate and review options with you.
For full-arch and full-mouth cases, our standard payment structure is:
50% deposit
25% at the start of the prosthetic phase of treatment
remaining balance at delivery of the prosthesis
Dr. Leung’s philosophy is straightforward: relieve pain, preserve natural teeth when it’s realistic, and restore function and aesthetics with precision when replacement is the best long-term decision. Patients value clear education, honest options, and consistent communication throughout the process.
Credentials:
Some full-arch cases can be completed with a same-day temporary set of teeth, followed by healing and then a final long-term restoration. Your timeline depends on bone, infection level, and whether extractions/grafting are needed.
Often, yes—many plans are built specifically for reduced bone. If grafting is needed, we’ll explain why and how it affects timing.
“All-on-4” commonly refers to supporting a full arch on four implants. Some patients are better served with more implants or a different design depending on bite forces and bone.
We’ll go over comfort options, pacing, and what you’ll feel during each stage—before anything begins.
Implants can last many years with proper care, regular checkups, and professional maintenance; restorations can require servicing over time like any bite surface.
