“Dedicated to Enhancing Your Smile with Exceptional Care and Expertise”.
If you are tired of loose dentures, breaking teeth, repeated patchwork dentistry, or a bite that keeps getting worse, you need more than another short-term fix.
At Angela Leung DDS PC Endodontics and Dental Implants helps Hillsborough patients get a clear plan for saving teeth when possible and rebuilding with full arch restoration when replacement is the better long-term answer.
A mouth usually does not break down all at once. It starts with a cracked tooth, a failed crown, gum problems, a root canal that no longer holds up, or missing teeth that shift the bite. Then chewing gets harder. More teeth start taking the wrong forces. The repairs become more frequent, more expensive, and less predictable.

You should not have to guess whether you need a root canal, an extraction, implants, gum treatment, or a full-arch plan. This practice is built for people whose cases are no longer simple.
Some patients come in with severe tooth pain and want to save what can be saved. Others are done with dentures that move, teeth that keep cracking, or dental work that never seems to last. Many need both: endodontic judgment to avoid removing teeth too quickly, and implant-focused planning when replacement truly offers the better long-term result.
Full arch restoration replaces an entire upper arch, lower arch, or both when the remaining teeth are no longer dependable enough to support comfortable chewing, speech, and long-term oral health.
A proper full-arch plan looks at function first, not just appearance. The goal is to restore comfort, chewing efficiency, speech, facial support, and confidence without ignoring the biology underneath.
After your exam and imaging, we provide a written estimate and review options with you.

Dr. Angela Leung, DDS, FICOI, DICOI, Associate Fellow, AAID leads the practice with more than 30 years of experience and a rare combination of endodontic and implant-focused training. Yes, sometimes they can. Dr. Leung evaluates restorability, infection, bone support, root condition, periodontal status, and bite forces before recommending removal. The decision is not based on one X-ray or one symptom. It is based on whether a tooth improves the long-term plan or keeps the rest of the mouth unstable.
It is usually time to discuss full arch restoration when multiple teeth are failing together, the bite is collapsing, dentures no longer work well, or repairs keep buying only short periods of relief. Repeating treatment on teeth with poor long-term support often costs more in the end and still leaves the mouth unstable.
Yes. Your first visit should leave you with more clarity, not more confusion. We explain what is happening, which teeth may be restorable, what needs urgent attention, and which treatment paths make sense based on your goals, health, timeline, and budget.
No. If a natural tooth has a realistic future, that should be part of the conversation. This office does not force every problem into an extraction-and-implant answer. The goal is the right answer, not the fastest sale.
Do not keep putting this off if you have swelling, drainage, worsening pain, loose teeth, repeated breakage, a denture that no longer stays in, or a bite that keeps shifting. Delay usually narrows your options and can make the reconstruction more involved.
